Custom Crating, Precise Documentation
Our team coordinated white-glove collection for each piece, ensuring consistent and careful handling from the moment the artwork left its original location. We then oversaw the construction of custom crates — designed specifically to meet the structural, protective, and biosecurity requirements for international art freight. Generic packaging wasn’t an option here.
The documentation process demanded the same level of precision as the physical handling. Every certificate, commercial invoice, and compliance record had to correspond exactly to each individual artwork. A mismatch at customs — or at the receiving gallery — creates complications that are difficult and expensive to resolve. We managed that process in full, so it didn’t.
