Pre-Arrival Documentation
Before your shipment arrives, we collect and review all required documents —commercial invoice, bill of lading or airway bill, packing list, and any permits or certificates specific to your cargo type.
Tariff Classification & Duty Assessment
We classify your goods under the correct HS tariff code, calculate applicable duties and GST, and identify any concessions, exemptions, or deferment options that apply to your import.
Customs Entry Lodgement
We submit the customs entry to the New Zealand Customs Service (NZCS), with all required supporting documents. For restricted goods, we ensure the relevant permits or licences are in place before submission.
MPI Biosecurity Coordination
Where your cargo is subject to biosecurity inspection, we coordinate the MPI examination —including arranging treatment where required —and manage the hold until clearance is granted.
ATF Release & Delivery
Once customs and biosecurity clearance is confirmed, goods held at our Authorised Transit Facility are released. We then coordinate onward delivery or warehousing as part of the same operation.
